Maître Parfumeur et Gantier was founded in 1988 by renowned perfumer Jean-François Laporte. Rooted in the tradition of 17th-century French perfumery, the brand draws inspiration from travel, the world of opera, and baroque aesthetics.Maître Parfumeur et Gantier’s fragrance creations stand out for their bold and rare combinations, preserving the artisanal craftsmanship of the creator. Le Gantier recalls a time when women’s gloves were delicately perfumed—an elegant expression of allure, while also masking the strong scent of leather.
