MEMBERSHIP CARD POLICY UPDATE

Starting in October 2024, Trang Tien Plaza will update its membership card policy to bring exciting new privileges and exclusive offers to its members, provided in collaboration with major brands and partners of Trang Tien Plaza.

Current membership reward policy:

New membership rewards policy:

• Timing for downgrading membership levels under the new mechanism: December 31, 2024. If VIP or VVIP members do not make qualifying transactions of at least 50,000,000 VND (calculated from June 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024), their membership will be downgraded to regular Member status.
• For new members, the new membership program mechanism will apply.

Under the new membership program mechanism, old appointment cards, and physical membership cards will only be valid until December 31, 2024. After this date, Tràng Tiền Plaza will collect and dispose of them. Customers must visit the Customer Service Counter on the 4th floor of Tràng Tiền Plaza to register for a new membership card.
