Sales & Leasing Manager

Trang Tien Plaza is entering a major transformation phase aimed at reestablishing its position as Hanoi’s iconic retail landmark. Working directly under the General Manager, the Leasing Manager will lead the brand curation and leasing strategy that supports this repositioning. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational agility to drive results in brand partners retention, brand mix optimization, and partnership development, all while supporting the TTP’s renovation and modernization phase. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in luxury/premium retail leasing or brand partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy aligned with TTP’s new positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the “brand curation” to build a balanced, aspirational brand ecosystem of international and high-quality local concepts.
  • Actively source, approach, and negotiate with new local and international premium/luxury brands to fill retail spaces.
  • Manage the full leasing lifecycle, including lease renewals, re-leasing, and terminations, to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the leasing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, prospective brands, retail groups, and third-party agencies.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Design…) to ensure seamless support throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercial real estate.
  • Proven, essential experience in negotiating with luxury or premium brands.
  • Prior experience managing a leasing team or department is required.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
