Inspired by the mystery and magic of the sea, the Blue Book 2025: Sea of Wonder collection creatively reimagines the iconic masterpieces of Jean Schlumberger—Tiffany & Co.’s legendary designer—through innovative creations in two new chapters: Seahorse and Sea Turtle.
The Seahorse Chapter – A Reimagining of the Iconic Seahorse Brooch from the Archives
The Seahorse Purple Sapphire Brooch is crafted in platinum and 18K yellow gold, adorned with over 9 carats of natural (untreated) purple sapphires, complemented by a blue sapphire, moonstone, and diamonds.
The Seahorse Chapter reimagines an iconic motif from Tiffany’s archives. Jean Schlumberger’s famed seahorse brooches from 1968 serve as the inspiration for Nathalie Verdeille’s fresh vision—now brought to life with expressive contrasts and intricate textures. The unexpected combination of colored gemstones—natural purple sapphires, moonstones, and blue sapphires—infuses new vitality into this symbolic design.

A standout piece is a striking necklace that took nearly 1,600 hours of meticulous craftsmanship. It features over 11 carats of natural purple sapphires, along with diamonds, moonstones, and blue sapphires. This versatile design can be worn in three ways: with the moonstone strand, without the moonstone strand, or as the moonstone strand alone.
THE SEA TURTLE CHAPTER: INSPIRED BY THE SCULPTURAL FORM OF THE TURTLE SHELL
The Sea Turtle Aquamarine Brooch is crafted in platinum and 18K yellow gold, featuring an aquamarine weighing over 23 carats, paired with turquoise, sapphires, and diamonds.
In the Sea Turtle chapter, Tiffany & Co. revisits brooch designs from the 1961 Blue Book collection, inspired by the gentle movement and sculptural form of the turtle shell. Oceanic shades of aquamarine and turquoise blend seamlessly with diamond-encrusted lines, creating depth and a three-dimensional structure. The sea turtle motif is brought to life through one-of-a-kind, contemporary masterpieces.
