HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER

Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR & Admin Manager to develop our talent and optimize office management.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources and Administrative functions, ensuring they align with our business objectives. Your focus will be on building effective organizational systems, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring full compliance with all policies and regulations

Role Description

  • Develop & implement HR Strategy: Design and execute HR strategies, policies, and manpower plans that align with business goals.
  • Lead talent management: Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and succession planning.
  • Manage C&B and performance: Lead the design and administration of compensation, benefits , and manage the company’s performance evaluation processes.
  • Cultivate employee relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee engagement , and ensure 100% compliance with the Labor Code.
  • Oversee administration: Supervise all administrative operations, including office management, procurement, vendor contracts, and asset management.
  • Lead & develop HR team: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development for the HR & Admin team to ensure professional service delivery

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 05 years in an HR Manager position.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in the retail or shopping mall management industry is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese Labor Code and proficiency across all HR functions (Recruitment, C&B, Training, ER).
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership , negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with HR management software (HRM/HRIS).
